Purchase Orders: POs from Government Agencies (US, State and Local), Universities/ Schools and Fortune 1000 companies are pre-approved. Others are subject to approval.
POs must be faxed, mailed or e-mailed (staff@mdiusa.com).
All prices are FOB origin. Please allow for shipping.

WARRANTY

All items are FACTORY NEW unless otherwise stated. All products carry their respective standard manufacturer's warranty.
We exchange defective items for 30 days from the invoice's date. Ask for details about crosshipments. .

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All returns require an R.A. (return authorization) number. Defective items must be returned within 30 days from invoice date for exchange. Crosshipments available for express replacement. Non-defective items must be returned within 15 days from invoice date. A usage fee (up to 20%) may apply.
All returned product(s) must include original manufacturer's packaging, software, cables, all accessories, registration card and UPC code on the box.
Shipping charges are not refundable. The purchaser is responsible for returning the item(s) to Micro Direct fully insured.

FREIGHT CHARGES & TAXES

All prices are FOB origin (unless FREE shipping is offered).
All freight charges and taxes (if applicable) are purchaser's sole responsibility.
Shipments to CA addresses are subject to your local sales tax (unless you have a tax exempt status).
