30 Days for defective items and exchanges.
15 Days for unsatisfactory items.
Requirements
All Manufacturers require: original components, CDs, accessories... and packaging to be returned.
We process all returns in compliance with each Manufacturer's specific requirements if applicable.
Manufactures for Card Printers, Label Printers & Presenters handle all returns directly. Please check with us if you have any questions.
Non-defective items may be subject to a return fee (up to 20%).
