SAME DAY SHIPPING

Credit card orders placed before 4:PM local time are shipped the same day. International orders are shipped within 24/48 hours of receipt. All shipments subject to stock on hand. Backorders are notified within 24 hours.

WARRANTY

All items are FACTORY NEW unless otherwise stated. All products carry their respective standard manufacturer's warranty. We exchange defective items for 30 days from the invoice's date. Ask for details about crosshipments.

FREIGHT CHARGES & TAXES

All prices are FOB origin (see our shipping chart). All freight charges and taxes (if applicable) are purchaser's sole responsibility. Shipments to CA addresses are subject to local sales tax (unless tax exempt status).

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All returns require an R.A. (return authorization) number. Defective items must be returned within 30 days from invoice date for exchange. Crosshipments available for express replacement. Non-defective items must be returned within 15 days from invoice date. A usage fee (up to 20%) may apply. All returned product(s) must include original manufacturer's packaging, software, cables, all accessories, registration card and UPC code on the box. Shipping charges are not refundable. The purchaser is responsible for returning the item(s) to Micro Direct fully insured. Get your Return authorization on line
