Dear Customer, if you need to return a product to Micro Direct, you can request your return authorization (R.A.) number via the Web. Just complete this form and we will contact you within one to two business days with the information you need to make a QUICK and EASY RETURN. You can also print this form and fax it to us.

PLEASE NOTE: All returns require an R.A. number. Defective items must be returned within 30 days and are for exchange only. Non defective items must be returned wintin 15 days from invoice date and may be subject to a 20% usage fee. Returned product(s) must include original manufacturer's packaging, software, cables, all accessories, registration card and UPC code on the box. Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
